Popeyes

My name is carla bashir and on aril 25,2023. I went to popeyes located at 839 cleveland ave. In atlanta, ga. 30315. I went in popeyes to the front counter and ordered the $6.00 box which was 2 peices of signature chicken with 2 sides, and I was told that I could not get white meat it had to be a mixed chicken but the sign did not specify it so I asked for the manager and she told me the same thing so while I was disputing the what the sign said I gave the young man at the front counter a $100.00 bill and I didn't check my change until I left the store when I stopped to get gas I realized the young man at the front counter had not given me my correct change so I went back to the store and I informed the young man which whom name is bryant that he didn't give me my correct change he got hostile and said talk to her, he was refering to the mananger that was behind him she said she was not the manager that was on duty when it happened so she gave me the area manager number whom name is todd and I called the number which is [protected]. And there was no answer only a voice mail saying it was full so I waited till the next morning and call the number again finally todd answered and I spoke with him about what had happened and he act as if was my fault and was not concerned about what had happened at his store he told me he would look into it. I have not heard anything from todd concerning my 20.00. That bryant took from me so I went back to the store and the manager that was on duty was there and I talked to her about it she remembered me and she told me that bryant had not been back to work since he took my 20.00.
