I had the worst customer service experience in the entire world with Saquoia my Guest number #002 Auth code # 153756 on my receipt store address: 3337 Deans Bridge Road Augusta, GA 30906 Phone number# [protected]
There is a sign on the drive through menu that states: "Chick-N-D's hand-bread tenders. 1pc Chicken"It's FREE if we don't offer this deal!"
I took a picture of the sign yesterday for PROOF! Once I got to the window I mention to Saquoia... I'm requesting 1pc Chicken Free with my purchase because she did not mention the deal/offer to me. Saquoia huffed and puffed roller her eyes at me and then said aggressively as if she wanted to fight and stated they are NOT offering that deal anymore. I said politely the sign is advertising that you offer this deal here. Saquoia then slammed the drive through window and would not talk to me anymore. This is not customer service or someone who should be representing this company, she does not know how to handle customers or care about the company's customers and how they spend their money. I would never go back to this location again! Saquoia needs to be addressed if not fired from this position she is not ready for customers. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered in my entire life! Sequoia had a sense of ENTITLEMENT, and she feels like nothing will be done and this is why she treated me this way thinking I would not take it any further. On top of all this drama I noticed my receipt is not even my receipt. I brought a Big Fish sandwich meal right after the person who was before me, so this is the reason, I gave the Guest # and name of who she is because the entire transaction was done UNPROFESSIONAL!
Desired outcome: I would like Saquoia to get whatever penalty that is needed for hamulating me. I would like a free meal or something to compensate for my bad experience. I was unable to enjoy my meal because of Saquoia's disrespect.
