I order food from Applebees in Conyers, GA on June 19, 2021 only to receive my food order cold when I arrived home. I immediately called and spoke to a manager on duty and she apologized and took my name down so that I can get a replacement order. Very nice of her. I let her know that I will not be back in that day but I will call during the week to place the same order. She told me that will be fine, she took my name down and advised me that any manager on duty would be able to assist me with my order when I am ready to reorder. I called in 2 days later only to speak to a manager Cat who told me to call back in a hour because Applebees is really busy and that it was Father's Day. I told her "ok I can do that". I actually gave her an hour and a half and called back, she asked me what was my order/? I told her I cant remember its been some days it should be written down and you all should have the original receipt. She said "ok if you dont have the order you placed you need to call back when you know what you ordered". I was so disappointed in her demeanor and attitude. So I called back after looking thru the menu and spoke with manager Cat again, Cat asked me "Who was the manager who told you that you can replace the items". I told her the name, Cat told me "OK let me call that manager that was on duty and I will call you back. Guess what? Cat has never called me back an is June 25, 2021. So moving forward I called in to Applebees Complaint hotline and made a complaint 4 days ago and no one from there has returned my phone call either. So if you are reading this I just want the world to know that making a complaint with Applebees is a waste of time. I am so disappointed in the customer service and upper management.
Desired outcome: A return phone call from Corporate/ not from Customer Service Line
