I am a long-time customer at 985 Market Place Blvd in Cumming, Ga and tonight we stopped in for a quick dinner. The French Fries had been fried in burnt cooking oil and wreaked of such. We ordered spicy chicken and got plain, cold chicken fingers. And to top it off, the insolent African-American woman manning the drive-thru failed to give me the change from my $20 bill. I waited more than 5 minutes before she asked if she could help me. When I asked for my change, she said "it was only a few cents!" It was $.058 to be exact. What a [censored]ty attitude for any employee to have. Your food is terrible and is matched by the service. You've lost a loyal customer for good. I'm sure you'll blame it on COVID.
