Kaiser Permanente

First, I would like to start off by saying I have never been terminated from a job and I have been working for 20 years of my life. I worked for Kaiser for 3 months and they terminated me because of my disability and I was absence from work about 6 days while in training. This mostly happen the last month of training and let me say it was while I was on the phones not while I was learning new material. When I filled out the application, I listed that I suffer from 2 disabilities so there wouldn't be any issues and I still was terminated. If I knew that was going to happen, I would have stayed at my long-term job where I had seniority and still had Kaiser insurance. Now I am in the situation where I no longer have insurance nor a job because Kaiser let me go and with the disabilities, I suffer from I can't be without insurance. Throughout my whole life I have not ever not had a job since I don't quit jobs unless I know that I can learn or advance at the next company hence the reason I have only had 4 jobs in my 20-year history. Kaiser has just left a bad taste in my mouth because they are great when it comes to health insurance but terrible when it comes to employment. Then, they call themselves a health company but terminates employees for a disability that can't be controlled. I will never look at Kaiser Permanente the same way again and have already let other people know what happen and they are planning to terminate their coverage as well because I use to speak so highly of Kaiser Permanente but not anymore.
