The restaurant on 4280 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA, has zero common sense. I've attempted to eat there in the dining room twice (several months apart) only to find no signage but the door locked (yesterday) or no signage but the door unlocked... But an employee inside said "only the drive-thru is open." in between these two visits, my wife found door unlocked, so she asked the employee inside whether the dining room was open and he looked at her like she was crazy because it was. That was perhaps a month ago. All of these frustrations could have been avoided with a simple reusable sign stating "dining room closed / drive-thru service only"
Desired outcome: Instruct manager to create and use a sign.
Yesterday I found an online coupon for 5 pieces of chicken, two sides, and two biscuits for $8.99. It had an option to Redeem In Store but when I selected that option, the coupon would have only worked had I selected it on a cell phone (I was on my PC at home) and been within 15 minutes (countdown timer) of presenting it at the order counter in the restaurant. Because I couldn't use the coupon that way, it became voided when I backed out. Why can't there be an option to print a coupon rather than having to show something on a cell phone as I do not have a cell phone?
