the screen price was $11.19 for dinner or $7.99 for meal.
I ordered the $7.99 meal. When I got to the window the cashier said they have no $7.99 meal. He called the manager David who was clueless to say the least.
I went back to take a picture of the menu showed him the picture. He in turned went and look at the menu and said he don't know what that is...I was over charged and he thought it was funny. The meal was $11.19 with 2 sides he charged me for okra making the total $13.15. Terrible place I won't return to this location. David need a new position or more training. Someone can get hurt at this location at 2785 evans mill road in Lithonia ga. 30058.

Captain D's - food service and customer service
I visited this location on 09/04/2019 and made a 4piece fish order only. The cost of the order was $9.89 wich I was ok with. But upon receiving my order I discovered that my order was literally soaked in grease and was not fully cooked. So I just asked if I could return that order and substitute chickn instead.As it turned out the chicken was worse off than the fish. It was awful! The chicken was not properly cooked nor clean ed. The grease was old and the chicken smelled very badly. When I bit into it I almost regurgitated. To add to it all they were out of mostly everything that I wanted: loaded baked potatoes, mac&cheese, nothing can be grilled. A very horrible experience! And if that wasn't enough one of the ladies who was cooking the food got mad with me because I finally asked for my money back. Her attitude became very negative towards me. She even had the nerve to ask me if I ate the chicken as if I was just a bumb looking for free food. I told her of course I didn't eat it. Its not edible. She gave me a receipt that was crumbled up and could not even make out the writing on it. When I asked her for a better print out of the receipt, she again displayed her negative frustration. I tried contacting area manager but found that number to be out of service. Go figure! I am a life long member of Captain Ds( my Mother use to take us there as kids in the 70s) but I must say it was a far better experience than the ones they have today, hands down!
