On 06/14/2020 AM leading to several others morning when staff member (at drive through) Jackson is her last name has been very unprofessional to many customers at many different times. When getting to the drive through window she there snatching and pushing with a force of food items and change money. She has not regret to apologize at any incident that have been occurring with her. These incidents have been reported to management with nothing done about them. The individual either needs to be in the back or some where else working because she has no customer service skills. Manager these days are Pam Dudley.
