My family of 7 went in tonight 2/27/2020 to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I first called to try to get on the waiting list the hostess told me I didn't need to call because it wasn't a wait I was 5 minutes away. We arrived at 7:09pm they told me we had to wait. I waited about 20min they showed me a booth that wouldn't fit 7 of us and I told her that. The hostess then said we would have to wait longer for a bigger table. I asked how long she said the party ahead of us was almost done so about 15min. I actually waited 30 more minutes after that I ask to speak with the manager. Ann the manager came up already with an attitude she didn't say hello or anything but asked about our table she said well since you wanted to be specific about what table you want you have to wait. I said ma'am look at us 3 adults and 4 teenagers we was not going to fit in that small booth. I explained that I tried to do the call ahead her words VERY rudely were "we wasn't going to save a table for you so you calling ahead didn't matter. I said well ma'am the other lady said 15min it's been 30 do you know about how long it will be her words again rudely " I don't know when they will be done or know how long it will be" I then tell my husband we may need to go somewhere else. She then yells BYE Have a great night in front of our kids and all the other guest. I said Ma'am you are being very rude she said something else and that's when my husband said ma'am please stop being rude. She yelled again ByE y'all have a good night. I then said I am going to have to call corporate Because you are so rude. She said well would you like my card. She was super rude And nasty I have never seen a manager act this way it was a crowd of people that had just came in and they were looking very surprised to see a manager treating customers this way. It's ridiculous to have a person like that as the manager.
