I use this location frequently and recently had some my documents that needed to be laminated misplaced. I have called 4 times and been to the location 2 times to be updated on my documents. The associate who helped me originally has been nothing but great. The night shift associates not only hung up on me before I arrived at the location to obtain my 2nd copy of my documents. He also got loud and demonstrated my situation was inconveniencing him. Instead of assisting me and get another template from me his solution was to come back tomorrow in the morning when the other guy is working. I have been back 2 times with no answer. they admitted to seeing my order in the system. Liana is the only person who called to try and help. The gentleman working tonight mentioned she is back tomorrow and doesn't know when she will be arriving. ive been in retail 12 years and never seen associates treat people like they do not exist, or the problem is just out of their control. At the end of the day I choose this place over others. I just need my copy and I will just take my business to a place that at least treats me like my business means something to their establishment.
Claimed loss: missed 3 meetings i needed those templates to present to HD Supply and Home Depot Big Box stores.
Desired outcome: I need my 2nd copy of templates.
