We checked in, and paying 500.00 for 7 days. I didn't get a receipt. So I went back to get one, and another receptionist was there and stated that we weren't in the computer system, bc we paid cash. Then they informed us upon checking in, that only 2 of the 5 people that were staying with us in the room. (two adults and 3 kids.) two people could eat for free, when we were told we had to pay for the other 3 to eat. When the sign out front clearly says. That breakfast is free.. Then went to take a shower. The water temperature is barely luke warm. They refused to turn the temperature up to save on money. Remote control doesnt work for the tv. I am here for work related and my family is here with me for vacation purposes. This is what the standards that we have to live with for a week. If it wasnt for me demanding a receipt, they could have thrown me out at any time. Even with me paying cash upon arrival... Someone needs to contact me asap about this matter...
