My purple metal American Express credit card was giving to the waitress to pay for our bill. She took the envelope and then came back asking if I had given her my card. After telling her yes, she admitted to losing my credit card somewhere in transit. The manager got involved and still couldn’t find my credit card. The meal was comped and nothing else was done. I am absolutely flabbergasted at this situation and am in complete shock that your restaurant could lose my credit card within 30 seconds. We will absolutely never be returning back to this restaurant nor will we recommend it to anyone.
LongHorn Steakhouse - coupons
I bought $250.00 worth of Gift cards (for Christmas Gifts) and received $10.00 in coupons for each of the Gifts Cards bought.
First I was told you can't use them before January 3, 2019 ok fine.
I was told then that I could use them all at one time, that there wasn't a limit to using them.
Then when I tried, I was given a hard time and shown the fine print. I was getting conflicting answers has to how to use them by the staff, I and my wife use to eat lunch there daily.
I thought one more try. I took my brother and his wife, my wife and myself out to celebrate his birthday. (This was above the $250.00 I spent on gift cards.)
I gave them my coupons and they said I had to buy 2 dinners and not together.
Well I was buying 4 dinners...
I got rather upset, as I have been told so many different stories. The manager came over and was arguing with me about it, (some birthday outing) totally embarrassing.)
Food wise great, service wise a big minus. Very disappointing for such a Restaurant.
