The moment walked to do an Uber Eats Pick-up right in the back of the kitchen there were only two people working there yesterday and the manager was outside his truck talking on the phone. They were out of the Honey BBQ, Nothing was ready at the time I entered the restaurant. There were not enough people, very poor service; something needs to change!

I went this location about a month ago for (4) $5 pot pie fill up box meals. They were old and when I called the store they said"you should have come in earlier when they were fresh. I couldn't believe what she said. I left my name and number but the manager never called. I went there again today and I called and asked if they could cook 4 pot pies and the girl that answered the phone said"we don't take call in orders"so I took a chance and went up and ordered 4 $5 fill up boxes. I asked if they were fresh and she said"I think so"
I got home and started to hand them out to the family and I noticed they we very dark and soggy on the crust. I then called the store to return them at 6:17pm and the girl said"theyain't cooking no more pot pies.
So once again I was taken by my local kfc. As I checked the pot pies one had no meat at all except a piece of dark meat about 1/2 long.
Another pot pie has 3 very sharp bones about a 1/4 inch long.
The other two were very old as the cream sauce was almost dried up.
I have always been a kfc customer since 1976. I can not understand why a quality fresh pot pie can not be gotten. Nobody has a pot pie as good as kfc.
Maybe no really cares. I understand this location is a franchise but that should not matter. I would love to talk to the district manager.
