Uber Eats Stolen food appalling customer service. Disgusting

8 or 9 items were missing from my order placed on the 10th April courier TAGHI. Shop confirmed all items were given to this courier was charged the full amount of the order, was also charged for a free item that also never came as I'd spent well over £25. Another item I'd never ordered also came. Items obviously stolen by the courier. Tried to contact him on his phone. He wouldn't answer. Tried umpteen times to contact customer service on the app, by email, on the phone. An automated message on the phone said can't deal with your issue/complaint as this isn't an ongoing order, we're dealing with active orders? Completely ignorant staff on the email and the app said they couldn't refund it then asked for list of items, pictures and documentation. I kept providing all of this about 10 times. Staff could clearly see from the messages above that I'd fully listed each item took pictures of what did come, shown repeated pictures of the receipt that I'd been charged for at my bank yet staff kept replying saying provide receipt list items. Disgusting behaviour from these people. They shouldn't be working in customer service they're refusing to refund customers or deal with any queries. A message then kept showing saying we can't deal with this as its over 48 hours. We'll I contacted them several times within the 48 hours. I contacted them 5 minutes after my shopping was stolen. This is their problem if they don't help or respond for days later in some of those messages. Dont worry I will now contact my bank to claim the money back and will contact head office about the stolen items and the misconduct of their staff

Uber Eats Food took 4 hours to arrive

I ordered food in Nashville thru Uber Eats. When I ordered it said it would arrive between 25 and 45 minutes. After an hour it still had not arrived. I called the number of the restaurant and the number was not in order. I went down to the front desk to ask them if they knew a number for "Deli Delights" and they said they had never heard of it. They did tell me that it's kind of a scam that Uber Eats does. They put a number on the order but it's a generic number that doesn't go thru to anyone. They said not to use Uber Eats as it happens quite often. 3 hours late we had to leave to go home. When I landed I got a text with a picture saying my food had arrived 4 hours later. I tried to get a refund but they told me it had been over 48 hours so they couldn't give me a refund. It had only been a few hours. I hung up and now I'm going thru my bank to dispute the charges. After hearing the issues from the hotel staff and me getting scammed out of $60 I will never order thru Uber Eats again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. Total scam.

Recommendation: Don't uses Uber Eats unless you want to have poor customer service and get scammed out of money for food that arrives 4 hours late.

Uber Eats Need a refund

Hi ordered food yesterday never showed up tried calling over 10 times but nothing then I get a picture of an empty stairwell not even near my address delivery man either stole my food or left somewhere asked for a refund there response sorry no we cant do that what disgusting behaviour I have told family & friends not to order from a company that steals money I have asked for there complaints procedure but again nothing

I got charged for a delivery that never turned up

Driver took a picture of an empty stairwell not my address but i was told it was my safe place (Again not my address)

Asked for a refund

Uber replied your driver left in a safe place so we cant offer a refund

I tried calling the driver over 10 times but i think he is a thief and Uber are covering for their criminal drivers & company

I contacted customer service and they were useless no responses from them

Uber Eats Scam artest

I was sent a link from the app for a group order. The app somehow charged me and the person who sent the link for my order. Uber eats is refusing to give me back the $29.16 and $4.37 that I was charged for that has posted to my credit card account. In addition, they have another pending charge for the same amount on my card as I write this review. The app tells you to wait 24 to 48 hours before inquiring about charges. However, when you wait that amount of time they tell you that it is too late for a refund .

Recommendation: Never use this app

Uber Eats They ripped me off

I placed 2 orders. I received one. The driver used the same photo of the same bag and said both were delivered. It was obvious from the photos that only one bag was delivered..one order was delivered. They argued with me for an hour and refused to refund it, repeatedly saying I accept responsibility once “the order is delivered.”That is a ridiculous explanation because the ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED. They ripped me off and refused to fix it or escalate it to a supervisor. Plus, I order from them all the time and tip. Horrible cheats!

Recommendation: Buyer beware-if they screw up, you pay for it

Uber Eats Disappointed with UberEats: Poor Customer Service and Hidden Fees

I used to be a big fan of Uber Eats, but my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed. I ordered a pizza at 10:20 PM and was told it would arrive at 10:50 PM. I understand that delivery times can be approximate, but the estimated time changed three times and ended up being 11:30 PM. When I contacted UberEats chat, they offered to cancel my order but didn't give me any other information. I agreed to cancel, but then they told me I would be charged a $17 fee. I was never told about this fee during the chat, and I felt like it was unfair to charge me for a cancellation that they offered.

I contacted UberEats again and asked for a refund, but they refused. They said that the delivery was still within the estimated time frame, even though it had changed three times. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they refused and ended the chat. I had to start another chat and argue my case all over again. Finally, after threatening to post screenshots of our conversation on social media, a supervisor entered the chat and gave me a refund.

It was frustrating to spend over an hour trying to get a refund for a problem that was caused by UberEats. I used to be a regular customer, but I can't support a company that makes it difficult for customers to get refunds. I feel bad for the hardworking Uber drivers, but I can't support a company that prioritizes greed over customer service.

Uber Eats Disappointing Experience with Uber Eats Customer Service: Unhelpful and Blaming

I got a gift card for Uber Eats and I was excited to use it. I printed it out and was planning on doing a pick-up, but then I changed my mind and decided to order delivery. I went ahead and placed my order, but when I tried to use the gift card, it said that it had already been redeemed. I was confused and frustrated, but I had a Visa card saved in my account, so I used that instead.

I thought that maybe the gift card was marked as redeemed because I had already printed it out, so I decided to call customer service to see if I could get a refund. I had to wait on hold for about 45 minutes before someone finally answered. The person on the other end asked for my email address, but she couldn't find it in their system. I had to explain that I had updated my password earlier and verified my email, but she still couldn't find it.

Then she asked for an order number, but I hadn't written it down and I didn't receive an email confirmation, so I didn't have it. She scolded me for not writing it down, which made me feel even more frustrated. I gave her my credit card number, but she couldn't find my order that way either. I tried a different card, but that didn't work either.

Finally, she realized that I was trying to use a gift card and asked for the code. I gave it to her, but then she told me that she couldn't use it without the correct email address. I was confused because she had just told me that she couldn't find my email address in their system. When I pointed this out, she denied it, which made me feel like she wasn't listening to me.

We went back and forth like this for a while, and I asked if there was someone else I could talk to who might be able to help me better. She said that there wasn't, which made me feel even more frustrated. I told her that I was going to call the Better Business Bureau, but she didn't seem to care.

I tried calling again with the order number that the restaurant gave me, but the person on the other end said that it was the wrong number and that I would have to call the person who gave me the gift card to get the correct number. I didn't have any proof of purchase because I didn't receive a receipt from the restaurant or a confirmation email from Uber Eats.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Uber Eats. The customer service was unhelpful and seemed to be more interested in blaming me for the problem than actually solving it. I don't think I'll be using Uber Eats again in the future.

Uber Eats UberEats Review: Rollercoaster Ride of Convenience and Disappointment

My family has been using UberEats for a while now, and let me tell you, it's been a rollercoaster ride. We started using the service after an accident left us with disabilities that made it difficult to go out and get food. We ordered from them 4-5 times a week, and while it was convenient, there were a lot of issues that came up over the years.

We've had food delivered to the wrong address, received the wrong order, had missing items, and even gotten food poisoning from spoiled food. The quality of the food has been hit or miss, and sometimes the menu doesn't match what we actually receive. On top of all that, some of the drivers have been sketchy at best.

On December 29, 2022, we ordered from a restaurant we had tried once before. This time, however, the food had an obvious safety issue. As soon as I opened the door to receive the order, I smelled used motor oil. The bags were greasy, and so was everything inside, including the glass drink bottles. All the food items, except for the pickles and a spoonful of coleslaw and cucumber, smelled like dirty motor oil. We all tried the food, but it tasted rancid, bitter, and left our mouths burning even after rinsing with water repeatedly.

I reported the issue both on the order and in a chat, but the bot reply was a generic "we apologize but can't do anything for you." I had to call out the bot reply before a human agent finally replied after several days. I had to fend off the bot again before finally getting an agent on January 10th who admitted there was an issue. They advised me to contact the escalation team, but it took several days before I was provided with a toll-free phone number. I spoke with two agents today, but apparently, Uber adopts a zero liability policy after an undisclosed number of complaints. All the agents kept repeating that my account is under "review," but that a $5.00 Uber credit was applied to my account. Is that compensation for the $70+ wasted and all the aggravation? Absolutely not!

One thing is clear; Uber is by no means a reputable company. I had heard similar stories over the years and should have heeded the warnings. Lesson learned.

One of the biggest issues is their fake promotions. They send out push notifications and emails with promotions that are not real. They do this to get customers back on the app and to order something. It is very frustrating when you click on a promotion and it turns out to be fake.

Another issue is with their credit and refunds. When you complain about an order and they give you a credit, it often doesn't actually apply to your account. They are hoping that you won't notice and will just order something else through the app. This is a very sneaky tactic and is not very ethical.

Their customer support is also very frustrating. It is very difficult to get in touch with a human being. Even if you manage to get into a chat, you will often be told that they couldn't reach you in time and will contact you via email. This happens every single time and is very frustrating. They also don't offer phone support, which is very inconvenient.

Finally, they jack up the prices on everything. In addition to their insane fees, they also increase the prices of menu items. This means that you end up paying a lot more than you would if you ordered directly from the restaurant. It is very frustrating and makes it difficult to justify using their service.

Overall, Uber Eats has a lot of issues that need to be addressed. They need to be more transparent with their promotions and make it easier to get in touch with customer support. They also need to stop jacking up the prices on menu items. Until they address these issues, it is difficult to recommend their service.

Uber Eats Disappointing Experience with Uber Eats: Missing Items and Unauthorized Charges

I recently tried out Uber Eats, and I have to say, I was not impressed. I've only used the service twice, and the first time was fine, but the second time was a disaster. The driver was friendly enough, and I even left a note saying I would tip him myself. However, an hour after the delivery, I received an email saying that they had taken an additional $2.08 from my card, and there was no way to reply to the email. It was frustrating, to say the least.

To make matters worse, my dessert was missing from the bag, and the dressing for my salad was not the one I ordered. I tried to contact customer support through the app, but I never received a response. It's been over 84 hours now, and I still haven't heard anything. It's not about the money, it's about the principle. I paid for a service, and I expect to receive what I paid for.

I don't know who is to blame for the missing items, Uber Eats or the restaurant, but either way, it's unacceptable. They have my information, they have my phone number, and they could have easily contacted me to offer a different dessert or dressing. But they didn't. And to add insult to injury, they took an unauthorized tip from my card.

Overall, I would not recommend Uber Eats to anyone. They are disrespectful, not courteous, and take money they didn't earn. They are completely non-responsive to any attempts at communication, and it's just not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else.

Uber Eats Uber Eats Disappoints: Overcharged, Order Cancelled, Missing Delivery, and No Customer Support

8:56am - I placed my order on Uber Eats and they charged me $80.98. I was excited to receive my food.

8:58am - I received a notification that my order was cancelled because the restaurant was closed. I was disappointed, but they promised to refund me in 3-5 business days.

9:00am - I decided to place a new order on Uber Eats, and they charged me $79.47. They promised to deliver it by 10:20am.

10:10am - I checked my phone to see the status of my order, and it showed that it was delivered at 9:55am. I was confused because I didn't receive anything.

10:20am - I contacted an Uber representative via the help chat to see where my order was. After waiting for 10 minutes, they told me that they couldn't get in touch with the driver to find out what happened. They promised to refund me $79.47 in 3-5 days.

Now, I have $160.45 in charges that I am waiting for refunds on, and I am running low on spending funds until payday tomorrow. I asked the representative if they could re-order my food and deliver it to me instead of issuing a refund. Unfortunately, they couldn't do that, and I had to place and pay for another order and wait for at least another hour. I explained that I didn't have enough funds in my account, but they couldn't do anything about it. The representative abruptly ended the chat at 10:43am.

10:45am - My husband contacted some neighbors who were doing some gardening outside to see if they might have seen any Uber deliveries or other activity to help us solve this issue. After a few discussions with other neighbors, we discovered that a neighbor three doors down received our order. That neighbor contacted Uber to find out about the mysterious order and why they got it. The Uber contact they spoke to said that it was an error and that they could have it if they wanted it or just throw it away. They said if anyone in the neighborhood reports a missing order, they would just replace and re-deliver it. So our neighbors proceeded to eat the order.

10:56am - I attempted to contact Uber help again to give them this newly discovered feedback, but I received an auto response that since I have already been issued a refund for my order, I can no longer contact them regarding this order issue.

Now, it's been 2 hours, and I have no order, no refund for 3-5 days, no re-order from Uber as they advised my neighbor, and no ability to re-order myself since I do not have enough spending funds in my account as I wait for $160.45 to be refunded.

To top things off, I have no way to contact Uber to give them this disappointing feedback as they are not taking support calls at this time. They refer you only to their Help section of the app where they proceed to tell you they can't help you since you've already received a refund. It's frustrating!

Uber Eats Issues with Uber Eats Policies and Procedures: A Driver's Perspective

I recently had an experience with Uber Eats that left me feeling frustrated and confused. Firstly, I want to mention that McDonald's has a policy of not delivering to or near schools. This means that if a driver receives an order for delivery to a school, they are expected to cancel the order and leave a custom note explaining why. However, on the newer version of the driver app, there is no option to leave a custom note for this situation. This can be frustrating for drivers who want to follow McDonald's policy and ensure customer satisfaction.

Another issue I encountered was with spilled drinks during transport. If a driver delivers an order that has been partially or completely spoiled due to a spilled drink, it's only fair that the customer shouldn't have to pay for it. However, if the driver cancels the order due to this issue, they may be threatened with dismissal for misuse of the service. This seems unfair and puts drivers in a difficult position.

Additionally, when a driver accepts a ping, they don't know which restaurant they are being sent to until they accept the request. If the restaurant is too far away for the driver to travel to, they may need to cancel the request. However, this can also be seen as misuse of the driver app and can result in threats of dismissal.

On a separate note, I had trouble updating my Uber driver profile with an updated document of my photographic ID. I tried to upload my electoral ID card twice, but it was rejected both times. This is confusing to me because an electoral ID card is an acceptable form of ID for many purposes, including opening a bank account, buying alcohol, and voting in elections. It's also accepted by other food delivery services like Deliveroo and Just Eat. I'm not sure why Uber Eats has a problem with accepting it.

Overall, my experience with Uber Eats has been mixed. While the service itself is convenient and easy to use, there are some issues with policies and procedures that can be frustrating for drivers and customers alike. Uber Eats Uber Eats: A Greedy, Incompetent Corporation That Steals Money from Hardworking People

I've had a few problems with Uber Eats since the pandemic started. I've had orders that were never delivered, even though I paid $50-70 for them. When I contacted support, they didn't believe me and accused me of requesting refunds and price adjustments before. Of course, I did because they are incompetent and greedy. They stole my money and refused to refund me. It's not my fault that their drivers are thieves. They are a huge, rich corporation that steals money from hardworking people. They could have easily made one phone call to discover the issue was not with me and valid issues. One time, a driver lied about being a bike delivery on the platform, and I was their second order. I screenshotted the GPS on the app showing the "biker" going 10 miles away on the expressway in the opposite direction. I also tried calling the "driver," and it was a number from a disconnected "Text Now" texting app. Total scam partner and if Uber didn't believe me, totally fine, it took ONE PHONE CALL or ONE MINUTE reviewing the partner's GPS/location in the app-they were NEVER even near my address. I was out $70 no refund because I had been stolen from before using their shady app where anyone can just sign up with a FAKE NUMBER and steal food and CUSTOMER must pay to support this scam artist?! SHAME ON UBER, A MULTI MILLION COMPANY.

I tried them again last night, and I knew there would be an issue when the app claimed yet another scam artist delivery partner (also a biker who arrived in a vehicle and had horrifying ratings from other hard-working, PAYING, LOYAL customers. Said the "biker" tried to call me, which she of course never did, so I immediately tried calling, messaging, and finding her and my order, and of course screenshotting EVERYTHING since uber has already called me a liar. Well, I ordered $50 worth of food and received about $13 of it. The bag was tampered with. I sent Uber pictures, screenshots, EVERYTHING. I even called the restaurant, who knew what had occurred, admitted fault, AND TRIED TO CONTACT UBER TO RESOLVE AND FIX IT. The restaurant could not reach Uber to resolve and offered to provide me with a free meal. I have filled out every Uber form, called EVERY number, and spoken with the GM of the restaurant, and they refuse to refund me via Uber app and have STOLEN MONEY FROM ME YET AGAIN. They refuse to believe you if you have had a problem with missing items or missing orders before. They don't vet these thieves. Uber support is a joke and Uber is a corporation who is worth nearly $70 billion and steals from hard-working therapists and loses years-long paying loyal customers over less than $100. In both theft situations, Uber could have made ONE phone call and gotten to the bottom of it in both cases. Instead of spending 30 seconds making ONE phone call, they decided to call me a liar repeatedly and refuse to refund me less than $100 and just look into the issues. The customer service is abhorrent, as is the entire greedy disgusting company. I deleted the app after 17 hours of trying to get ANYONE to help and support me and force them to look into it. I am a paying, loyal customer and have been for many years--I will NEVER give Uber my money and neither will my family. I will only use Grubhub, DoorDash, Postmates, and Lyft now. All of those companies can thank the disgusting customer service employees at Uber.

Uber Eats My Disappointing Experience with Uber Eats: A Warning to Others

I gotta say, my experience with Uber Eats was not great. I decided to order from YUP DDUK LA in Koreatown Los Angeles, which is only a quick 2 minute drive from my hotel. But instead of going out, I thought I'd try delivery. Big mistake.

I waited almost two hours for my food to arrive, and when I finally got a call from the delivery guy saying he was at my hotel, I rushed down to meet him. But when I got outside, I couldn't find him anywhere. I even asked a few people in their cars if they were Uber drivers, but no luck.

So I called the guy back, but got an automated message saying I couldn't complete the call. I searched around the parking lot and nearby areas, but still couldn't find him. Frustrated, I contacted Postmates, who I guess merged with Uber Eats, and spoke with a guy named Jay. He told me to contact Uber Eats, but when I tried, I couldn't get through.

I then contacted the restaurant, but the woman who answered was not helpful at all. She said there was no order placed under my name or phone number, and that they weren't responsible for their delivery people. What a mess.

Later that night, I got an email from Postmates apologizing for overcharging me and saying my order was successfully delivered. But since I couldn't get through to Uber Eats, I couldn't tell them I never got my food. I had to call my credit card company to block the charge, but they couldn't do anything until the pending charge went through.

It's clear from the many negative reviews on sites like Sitejabber and Trustpilot that Postmates and Uber Eats are not reliable or trustworthy. They don't take responsibility for their poor service, and it seems like they're taking advantage of people. It's really disappointing.

So if you're thinking about using Uber Eats, I'd say be careful. There are plenty of other delivery services out there that are more reliable and professional.

Uber Eats Uber Eats McDelivery

I made an order on 8th March though McDelivery, Uber Eats were going to deliver the order, once a driver was selected we watched the tracker.

This driver went all over our area and never came near our house, we ordered at approx 3.45pm and by 5.45 we contacted Uber to complain, Uber cancelled the order and processed refund which we never got. I called back after a week to be told I had to wait up to 15 days. I called again at 15 days to be told I had to take it up with McDonalds. McDonalds insist Uber Eats are responsible so I am now almost 4 weeks and no sign of getting money back. Somebody has this money and I believe it is Uber. We cant all throw away 23.77. We were also told that the Uber drivers have multiple accounts and so taking on too much work, they also say they deliver on a bike to avoid business insurance. For a company as large as this I am very disappointed in how shoddy it is run.

Uber Eats Driver app

02/24/2024 I picked up whataburger order at 7:56 am and delivered it before 8am well my app froze I contacted uber support at 8:01 am then these idiots been transferring me all morning not caring about my issue I guess that wht they get paid to do I only received $2.75 for order rep canceled it and I need my difference and $6 promotion fee I will submit another issue to bbb

Uber Eats Every payment typed banned

I believe my entire account has been banned after I learned that my card cannot be used for my account and one other account (my daughter's when she is out). This has been going on for 2 months where they said each time that they would check my account and then transfer my issue to their "specialized team". Each time I was advised that they could not lift the ban. I was told the final time that it would never be lifted. It seems like they don't care about my business and told them so. Poor customer service to the point of being rated -50. Uber Eats should not exist.

Desired outcome: For my account to be reinstated so that I can order food again and take advantage of numerous deals.

Uber Eats Order Cancelled by Uber Eats but money not refunded

Good day

I placed an order with Chicken Licken Midway Mews but within 2 minutes my order was cancelled by Uber Eats (as confirmed by the restaurant), yet the money was deducted off my account, an amount of R593.40. This should have been returned into my account the second the order was cancelled.

When will I get my refund?

Uber Eats Ubereats canceled order no refund

I called the store manager to confirm my order was not made, and told me to cancel. I was charged for the full order as ubereats said the order was being made. So who gets the money? Does the store get it or does ubereats get it?

Pretty upset and won't stop, as I keep talking to automated bots. Customer service lacks highly. I'm shocked why people even use this service. I an canceling my membership, my account, and anything associated to Uber.

To be honest I would have just kept the order if I knew I wasn't going to get my money back. I waited a few days to contact as I was waiting for it to appear in my account. But I miss the cutoff for the refund. The state on the website for the best support contact with in 48 hours. Great I contacted within 49 and can't get ahold of a person. Why is this a running business.

I had x 2 chicken tikka masala and a packet of Viennese melts missing which came to the value of £7.75

I contacted the store and they assured me they was put in the bags

When I contacted customer service they said I’m not eligible for a refund?

Maybe because there was a deal I used but that’s not my fault that YOUR driver stole my food so would appreciate a refund fir my missing items as it’s not fair I’m paying for goods I never received

Uber Eats Uber Eats Support Sunday Dec. 3 2023

Uber Eats Supports have been awful as usual. Saturday night at 11:51 I delivered an order from McDonalds. That order was for 7.38. The total amount is supposed to be a little bit over $20 total. I tried to call support and was repeatedly hung up on twice. Was also disconnected on chat. The representative by the name of Nigel refused to help me. I receive this kind of treatment and too much from this app. Being transferred from agent to agent without any kind of resolution. I go through this a lot.

I am trying to report an issue but the uber eats ap wont let me.

My credit card was charged for an uber eats order of 15 November 2023- a total of 53.88. I did not make this order and do not know what it was for,

Your ap does not allow a customer to dispute a charge or to check what something was for. The ap insists that I select the order for which there is a dispute- but there is not order. That is the problem!

How do I resolve my issue please.

Attention Uber eats

My account has been defrauded, I have contacted my bank but urgently find out the location of the debits on the 12th of November 2023 for 7.99£ and 8.98£ at 7:28am and 07:40am

With card no ending in ….1853

And always confirm ids and call account holders phone numbers right in front of your clients to ascertain it is the right person or a fraudster.

Uber Eats UberEats food delivery not arriving and not being refunded

I ordered McDonald’s today via UberEats as a UberOne customer. I didn’t receive 3 items. The Philly Cheese Stack, the large Chips and a bacon double cheeseburger. I contacted the support team and received the same automated message back 4 times over the space of almost 12 hours despite me sending responses each time with further information. I’ve contacted Twitter support to no avail and also my bank to get the refund. The customer service is shocking. They are refusing to refund me any monies for the missing items

Uber Eats food smells like bad old cigar smoke

I recently had surgery, and I can't drive. I ordered food from a fast food chain. The driver was texting me when he was on the way. He left the food on the front porch. When I opened the front door after he left I could smell the stench of old cigar, or some kind of disgusting smoke stench coming from the bags. The smell was all through the food order, even the exterior of the drinks had that stench. I tried getting in touch with the driver through the Uber app several times. The calls went right to voice mail, and of course his voicemail was not setup, so I could not leave a message. The food was uneatable, so I had to toss it all out, including the drinks. How could the food stink so bad when the drive was less than 5 minutes to my place, and he does not have the courtesy to have his phone on, and his voice mail is not even set up.

I tried to call the restaurant for 20 minutes solid with no reply.

I think I should be refunded the cost of the whole meal, but I want this sorted out asap, or I will see what legal actions I can take, I will certainly talk to the local press about the uber eats experience and put this on social media

Uber Eats uber eats service for businesses and restuarants

They keep you waiting for weeks and still do not come back to you. Choose mrD as a better option, much better customer service for my business. Uber etas is the worst, if you struggle this much for them just to activate your account, imagine how you are going to struggle with the finances and everything about them, it does not help that you waste your airtime or breath to phone them, and they have excuses why you cant go to their office. this is very dodgy and i am sure that i will tell all my partners, friends and people that currently make use of their service, to be aware and that this company is playing games with peoples money and business, as fast as they started. I would NOT recommend uber eats to anyone and instead i will make sure Mr Delivery gets all my clients, friends, business partners and more. I am utterly disgusted with the terrible service of uber eats

Uber Eats Uber Eats & Delivery Fraud

An order of ice cream was delivered to my residence. I was at work and did not order this ice cream nor have had ordered any food from Uber Eats in a couple of months. The issue is of course someone was able to place a false order. The most disturbing issue is how this occurred. Even though this delivery was not charged to my credit card, someone was still able to contact Uber Eats through the app via a phantom account and have it delivered to my residence.

Even though I previously completely deleted the account, there were specific instructions in place regarding how to deliver to my residence. And most importantly, my personal information is now at risk.

Desired outcome: Uber Eats to do a full investigation. Their stance "Your cc was not charged, but a person was able to order food, access my account, and deliver food to my residence. I am concerned about my personal information but my personal safety

Uber Eats Ubereats - Jelly and the other Agent response regarding Promotion Code didn't make sense

On 10/20/23, me (Cordarius Moy) and my mother (Torie Moy) contacted Uber Eats Support regarding our promo codes not working. I used my $20 dollars off promo one time on October/17/23, which gives $20 off your first two orders. Jelly, an Uber Support Agent, said that the promotion was already activated, but logically, that doesn't make sense because I used the promo code that was sent via email. I was wondering why it wouldn't let me use it for the second order. The expiration date is October/26/23. In addition to that, I noticed every time I tried to make the purchase using the promotion, it showed the following message on my bank statement: "Declined Transaction - Merchant Verification on 10/20/23 at 02:25 pm for Uber Technologies Inc San Francisco Ca Us was declined because the merchant had a verification issue. Please follow up with the merchant."

Desired outcome: Resolve the issue with promotions or promo codes.

Uber Eats Delivery service

Inability to edit the order or delivery address after the order is placed, customer service unavailable to resolve a single issue, contacting the delivery person is worthless, some do not even speak English, how am I supposed to communicate with them? Truly ridiculous, I paid for nothing several times using Uber eats.

Invest in customer service and make sure your delivery personnel pay attention to the customer communication during the delivery! Speak and understand English please

Uber Eats transaction

You have to stop taking my money without permission.

My first order with uber eats was on the 24th of June 2022,

then on the 30th of August 2022 you took 2.32 on my account.

I went to contact my bank but they asked me to contact you as your phone cost me to call.

On Monday 9th October 2023 at 11;04, my son ordered food with his bank card but you took 9.27 from my bank.

Uber Eats UBER EATS canceled my order

I placed an order through the app on Friday, October 6th, between 7 and 715 pm. Uber eats could not process the oder so Uber Eats canceled my oder. Uber Eats then charged me two cancelation fess of $36.21each. I called and was told that I should be getting it back as credits to the card that I used. I called Uber Eats back on Saturday, October 7th, at 9 am and was told by Uber Eats that the two, $36.21 chrlarges, was a cancelation fee saying I canceled the order when I didn't. Uber Eats charged me two cancelation fees. I WOULD LIKE MY $72. 42 BACK IN MY ACCOUNT ASAP. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with how Uber Eats has handled this situation. Customer service rep was very rude. I WILL NOT be ordering ftom Uber Eats anymore.
