Swiggy Grocery order

Hi,

I'm coming through to deeply express my concern to swiggy where I got fraud in my order delivery, on date of 17th nov. By 9:30pm I have made an order for some grocery through swiggy instamart and made payment through online and oder was accepted and given me tat of 15min. To deliver my order i've wait and suddenly I got notification that my order has been delivered I opened the door and check there was no delivery person even I didn't received any call for my order.

Amount has been deducted from my bank and showing in swiggy instamart app as order delivered

Same time I have complaint through customer support and it has been more than 12hrs still I didn't got any update! Even when I shared with customer support chat that what is my complaint status by sharing tracking number reply came we have no any such order.

I'm very disappointed with service of swiggy and totally wasted my time

Swiggy Refund for order [protected]

Hi team,

I have already raised a request regarding refund for tandoori momos. I only received half quantity whereas I ordered full plate of momos, hence I was eligible to get 40 INR as refund because the actual cost of momos (post discount) was 80 INR, but customer care of swiggy only refunded 20 INR to me.

Kindly credit the remaining 20 INR to me as soon as possible.

Swiggy Account hacked and misused

Order details proof attached

Hello swigy platform is bugged and fraudster misused my email to register himself on swigy n kept on ordering for days! Worst part when I informed swigy they did nothing but wait n watch, fraudster even tried using my debit card but swigy keeps giving excuses. Worst part is swigy faked that issue is resolved but dont tell what they did to fix the issue raised. I gave proof that swigy is lying but their customer support is arrogant n incompetent to the core!

I have attached a picture of user complaining on twitter exactly same issue on 23 mar 2023 as mine, but swigy didnt do anything even after several complaints! If swigy fixed issue in january as per their resolution how did issue occur again in march 2023.

They dont care about customer or their privacy! Swigy is cheating customers in the name of fake services n charging heftty price but even cant deliver order properly! When customer complain they hand 20 rs coupon as solution. It further gets worst when swigy refuses to own mistake even when they delivered infested food to customer n his family was ill bcos of that! Swigy doesnt have shame nor is bothered by any complaints, its been more than 4 months, 1 excuse from swigy we will not compensate even when its their mistake! Is swigy above all laws that they are so arrogant? Swigy app has bug that will put entire customer data at risk so swigy should be banned from new registrations immediately

Desired outcome: compensation for harassment , misuse of personal info, refusal to resolve complaint for 50,000 INR.

Swiggy Disgusting service

I ordered food for my guests and children at home from Swiggy order number [protected], the order was delayed for 2 hours. All the people were starving at home but still the swiggy team could not reply to us. Once the food arrived home it was all soggy and very bad, no one could eat it and we had to throw it out. After that I talked to customer service representatives. They were so annoying that they couldn't understand my problem and still they don't accept their mistake.

I never thought the customer service people of this HUGE company "SWIGGY" could be so rough and heartless.

If this continues I feel swiggy should stop working as there's no point in disappointing their valuable customer.

From now on I'll order food from one of their best competitors as they have heart and they understand the problem.

Swiggy Complaint for Order #[protected]

I want to complaint that in the order #[protected] I had hair in my noodles

and even after complaining to your help and support person Koustav kept on saying that he was unable to validate the image and would not refund and passed on to Kalikinkar who also declined. Now how am I supposed to take photo of hair, I have tried and uploaded the same images. Please take action,

as such unhygienic food is unacceptable

Swiggy Extreme noise by store at night

Swiggy instamart which runs 24/7 next to my building in sushant lok phase I c block sector 43 gurugram, haryana. Whole day they work fine. But right after midnight, mostly at 1 or 2 am. They come with lots of trucks and make extreme noises which is very disturbing to the whole building around that shop. Even the drivers and other people helping them make so much of noise and talk whole night. This doesn’t stop after an hour approximately 3 to 4 trucks comes every hour. So this noise happens from 1am to 5 am which is sleeping time for all others. Even after so many complaints there are no action taken and these people are continuously making more more disturbance for people. People have already made so many complaints. Kindly take actions. Thank you in advance.

Desired outcome: Kindly ask the staff to be more responsible and stop the loading work after midnight

Swiggy delivery boy behavior

I am a daily customer of SWIGGY. Important word is daily. Today my delivery boy was Somayya. This guy rang the bell at least 5 times within 2 minutes. When I reached the door and asked what was the issue he started shouting and arguing. When I said I will complain and closed the door he used slang for me in Kannad thinking I won't understand that.when I went back and asked what he just said. He replied do what you want I can take care of it. It was clear this guy was total unprofessional so I just went back and could clearly hear him using still using offensive language. I appreciate all the delivery executive who come irrespective of weather and traffic conditions but this behavior spoils it all. I contacted SWIGGY customer care and have raised my concern they informed I will get an update on what action has been taken. Still there has been no update. Frankly this type of people should be removed to keep the good name of company. This guy's phone number is [protected] and photo taken by security is below.

Swiggy fraudulent delivery practices by swiggy

swiggy delivery guys are no better than the zomato delivery guys. after repeated complaints swiggy delivery guys have been practicing this delivery frauds.
my lunch order from rajadhani on 3rd jan for roti curry has come without roti.
as i dint have the delivery guys number i called restaurant and they claimed the roti was packed too.
im sure swiggy guys are stealing food.
on 4th jan i ordered lunch at 220pm the delivery guy delivered it to someone in our lane and left. i called him back to get the food at 435..
i ordered food for dinner at 915 on 4th jan today
the delivery guy is found going wrong way and at 1030 he say he is in hospital due to tyre puncture. funny reason. i asked him about food he is giving funny answers. i just asked him if he ate off. he was not answering straight to point.
i had to hang up.

and when i called swiggy cust care [mahesh/ farheen] they refused to let me talk to manager.
each time i complained they either cancel the order refund never comes. or no resolution found. or chat care guys follow standard replies.
they dont care if you are hungry at 1030 or 11pm. when you cannot even order elsewhere.
there is a serious neeed for a strong competition.
i wish to make my experience viral that swiggy guys are stealing food.

Swiggy half-cooked bleeding chicken

We ordered chicken combo and our order id is Order #[protected]. Swiggy delivered the worst half-cooked chicken which was bleeding the real blood. We opened and thrown that away. They charged 250 for the food and they refunded just 104. So we spent 146 to buy an uncooked food and just throw away. Very worst response and service from swiggy. We are totally disappointed with the worst service who never care about the customer's health.

Swiggy discount coupon scam

Swiggy.com is a online food order website which offered you discount coupon e.g. 50 % discount 40 % discount etc. When you apply these coupons, bill amount shows after discount. e.g. you order food for worth Rs. 200 and apply code 50% discount, Bill amount shows after discount Rs 100. Till now everything is OK. but when you proceed for payment, amount automatically changed to full amount.. You can't even realize that they charged you full amount. I think it's a kind of scam & authority must take action against them.

Swiggy service

A stupid delivery man rang my bell at 11 pm ; I was jolted out of sleep ; so as my family .

I opened the door to realise a stupid man from swiggy was at my doorstep ( Rajender is the name he told me ) he was at wrong door .

If swiggy has any conscience find this stupid man and sack him who attempted delivery at my house in C9 Vasant Kunj today ie 10 th Feb

I have ordered my Order number [protected]. After 2hrs food not delivered and canceled order and refund done.. After long waiting time they simply canceled.. After 11:15pm we struggled lot.. This is totally careless. We ordered on 10th August 9:15pm.

I Order food on Swiggy as per location but when I login its automatically change my address as per login account. When I see location is incorrect then I quickly click on help button. They cancel the order but 50% charge deducted from actual amount.
