Safeway - Management

On Monday, February 21, 2022 approximately 3pm I went to Safeway near Pali Highway. As I was loading my items I noticed a man unconscious in his car. As I went back inside to inform someone I passed a mentally disabled employee. As I was passing the employee he was talking to someone and the manager (who I didn't know was the manager as I passed by him) said under his breath, "shut the [censored] up already" towards the mentally disabled employee. I went in and spoke to another employee of the gentleman in the car, and the disabled employee came up and said he already told the manager. As I exited the store for the second time I passed the "manager" who was going back inside and left security to deal with the situation. This manager was EXTREMELY unprofessional and abusive towards the disabled employee and obviously didn't care about the person in the vehicle.

Desired outcome: At minimum this manager needs to be suspended for his language and attitude towards the employee. At most he should be terminated for his abuse of a subordinate.
