I was looking on my credit report to find out why it had dropped so much. It was Kohl's who reported me for 39 day late non-payment on my Kohl's card. Trouble is I have never recieved any payment notice per email or regular mail. They have also charged me a late fee. How do you expect someone to know when you dont send a notice? I paid it in full immediately and I won't be shopping Kohl's anymore. You've dedtroyed my almost perfect credit rating for the next 7 yeras and it was your fault for not sending me a bill.
Desired outcome: I would like my credit rating restored and any late charges refunded.
