I had. Prescription called into the above Walgreens yesterday at about 2:30 pm. I call an hour or so later to make sure they received it, they said yes, but it wasn't ready to be picked up. I said, I'd check back later.
Later, it still wasn't ready, I said I'll be down tomorrow, meaning today to pick it up.
I went there today at 12:30 pm, they said it still wasn't done. Then at 3pm the pharmacy manager called saying it was too early to fill prescription and I would need a verbal okay from my doctors office. Well, my doctor's office was closed due to it being New Years Eve..
Mind you, they had this prescription for over 24hrs.. If they would have looked at it yesterday, I could have called the office and I'm 100% positive they would have called Walgreens to verbally ok this prescription.
I called Customer care at Walgreens, they claimed they were going call them and help me out. I never got a return call. I called once more, they literally hung up while I was talking.
Worst Customer Service ever, plus Incompetent Pharmacy as they should have looked 24 hrs ago so I could have gotten the verbal okay yesterday when my doctors office was open.. Now I'm out of medication! Not good at all.
Desired outcome: I was basically left hanging, no outcome
