On Friday September 2nd, 2022, I visited the Popeye's located at 4 Sibley Blvd Calumet City Illinois at approximately 7:15pm and placed my order via the drive through window. One of my orders was the 2 can dine deal and the other order was the shrimp box dinner. Once I approached the window to pay, I asked the cashier (who I believe was new) if I could make my chicken all dark meat. She asked the manager and the manager walked up to the window and rudely said to me no. I then told her to cancel my whole order because I was not going to patronize a restaurant who allows the on-duty managers to be rude to the customers. I then parked my car and entered the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. She approached the counter, and I asked her for the corporate number for Popeyes and she told me once again in a rude manner the corporate number was located on the window in the drive thru area. I asked her so you are telling me I must sit in the drive thru line just to get a phone number. In a rude tone of voice, she told me yes and she walked off. I could not get the female managers name because she was not wearing a name tag. Hopefully, it can be looked up as to what female manager was on duty at this location 4 Sibley Blvd Calumet City, IL at 7:15 pm on Friday September 2nd, 2022.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology from this particular manager along with what I wanted to order free of charge for the inappropriate customer service I received.
