Walgreens - pharmacy

This pharmacy never has prescriptions ready at the scheduled pick up time. I ALWAYS have to call the pharmacy and ask them to fill my prescription otherwise it just stays "in progress". Trying to get through to the pharmacy is nearly impossible. I had a script for Latuda called in early this morning, I called the pharmacy this morning and they said they were actually working on it right then. I've called back twice this afternoon and put on hold and then they just disconnect. I was just on hold for 25 minutes and then disconnected. I'm currently on hold again right now and have been for 15 minutes. I need to pick up this script by 4pm CST because I am going out of town. I always experience these problems with this pharmacy and I'm beyond frustrated!

After I talked to Walgreens and she said she had to reprint my script and would get it ready right then, they didn't get it ready by 4pm. So I asked my wife to pick it up. She went at 7pm and they still didn't have it ready so she told them she'd wait. She waited for about 20 minutes and then they gave her the script written for quantity 30, and gave her 5 pills and said that's all they had, they'd run out of it and contact me when they got more in. This whole experience has been so frustrating. I was basically lied to when I called in the morning and was told they were working on it right then. Then lied to again when I finally got through in the afternoon and was told she'd reprint it and get it ready right then so I could pick it up by 4pm. Obviously both these things never happened as my wife went at 7pm and it still wasn't ready. This is a total lack of integrity and I don't appreciate being lied to and that should never happen.

Follow up to complaint I just submitted. After just being on hold for 22 minutes a tech answered and said she had to "reprint and get it filled "

Why would she have to reprint it? I don't understand what's going on with this pharmacy at all.

I never have a good experience with them. They never seem to have enough people working. The customer service is terrible
