I purchased a 40"Vizio HDTV at Best Buy in June 2019. I purchased a Geek Squad protection plan for two years at the same time. I need in-home service. Cannot get an appointment since the TV is not greater than 40". I am having problems with sound and with my picture fading and then going black. So far, It eventually comes back Am a disabled senior citizen and only leave my apartment for medical problems. I use a walker. I have no way to bring the TV to the store (it was mounted by Geek Squad to a tabletop mount). The person who sold this to me knew I was getting the support since I am unable to bring the TV to the store.
