Call today to get my prescriptions filled and was treated very rude. The 2 woman I spoke to were very rude. They told me my 1 medication only had a 30 day fill, which I need to have a 90 day fill as this is how my insurance pays. She said for me to contact my doctor to expedite request for 90 days faster. Kept telling her if they could contact my doctor. She said it would be faster if I did. Repeated over and over. Within minutes of hanging up the phone I received a text from cvs that doctor rejected the request for 90 days. Called cvs back and another lady answered ask her how did they get a response that fast when office was closed. She continued to give every excuse in the book how this could of happened. I contacted my doctor office and they sent over for the 90 days supply. Five minutes later somebody from cvs pharmacy called and left message she contacted my doctor office and script was sent for 90 days. She never called my doctor as I called doctor and cvs never called. Is this how your customers should be treated. I do not appreciate being lied and be so rude to. Ask how I could get my prescriptions changed to another pharmacy and she told me I can only transfer to another cvs only, because of my insurance (caremark). I have never been treated like this before and have been going to this cvs for many years.
