I purchased a 12-piece bucket of original recipe chicken at 4804 N. Sheridan Road late in the evening of 10/30/23. When I got it home, the chicken was crusted, hard and uneatable. I checked all the pieces, and they were the same. I threw it out. The next day, today, I stopped off at the KFC location and told this woman what happened. I could barely understand her. She told me that I needed to call last night to get it replaced or return the chicken today. I told her I threw it out. I asked her to replace the chicken she refused. So now I bought a bucket of chicken that I never ate because it was no good, she won’t replace it nor give me my money back. I called the number back because she told me the manager would be in. Then when I called, she said she was the manager. She was so rude over the phone that I had to scream to stop her. At the very least, I want to request my chicken replaced or my money back
