I went to the Popeyes located at 5050 Cicero Ave., Chicago, IL on Tuesday, May 16th and they had no spicy chicken. As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru she told me to give her a minute; it was more like 7. There are no cars in the parking lot or ahead of me and nobody inside dining in so why Am I waiting? Went there again on Wednesday, May 17th and same thing, nobody in the parking lot or inside and I’m being told to give her a minute. They had no Sprite, I ordered a 4 pc combo and the red beans n rice were old and no bisquit. They’re always standing around talking on their phones giving terrible customer service.
Desired outcome: Someone from corporate needs to go there and let them know they’re being watched and to stop treating customers like we’re an inconvenience.
