On May 24, 2022, I entered in to a Sales Contract with DSG dba AHS to purchase furniture. Before DSG dba AHS would enter into a Sales Contract, they ensured that I paid upfront. My Order # is [protected]. I made many calls to the store, store visits, sent pics and told them I want to reject the furniture, but they stated they will only repair or replace the...

August 22, 2019 we went to Ashley furniture store to purchase bedroom furniture. We selected an entire bedroom set plus an additional dresser. We were told it would be 3 weeks for delivery. My first impression was excitement and now has turned to horror and disappointment.
On Sept. 17, 2019 we received the bed frame and dresser. Way past the 3 weeks promised and I had to call and find out what was going on. When the dresser was delivered it was defective. The delivery personnel propped up a foot that had fallen off and left. When my husband went to move the furniture towards the wall better the dresser fell back and the foot fell off. There was nothing holding it in. We went to the store and spoke to the store manager Tatiana and she said they would send someone out to fix it. We didn't want it fixed, we wanted a new dresser. That took about another 3 weeks. Then when the new dresser was delivered the bottom drawer had a piece of thin cardboard in it. I called Ashley's again and they set up a repair. When the warranty people called they told me to address the other issues I had and the technician would address it then. When he showed up he replaced the dresser drawer and when I went to tell him about the other two issues he said the promise the world and don't deliver. He didn't have time to fix them I would have to make another appointment. He did look at them, one was our fault where some clothes had fallen behind the drawer and it wouldn't close properly. The other was a night stand that basicallyh fell apart when my husband opened it. The technician pulled the drawer out and said someone else would have to come fix it the bearings fell out. He left the drawer pulled out.
So I called Ashley's again and got a hold of "customer service" and spoke to Angela. She said she got it approved we could go reselect another set. We went up there with that intention and couldn't find anything comparable. We found one that was acceptable but it looked cheap and was not put together well on the showroom floor. This entire time, no one has returned phone calls after promises were made they would call by such and such time. Even the sales manager Ryan lied thru his teeth. When I called up there the next day, no one knew they were supposed to call me. So we went up there again and I decided to ask for a complete new set of the same bedroom set we originally bought. We waited about a week and we got the text from them saying they would be here Friday (Black Friday I might add) November 29 between 1:15 and 4:15. So my husband waited and no one showed up or called! This is not the first time this has happened. The other one was scheduled for September 26th between 3:30 and 6:30. I even received the 2nd text stating they would be here in 30 minutes, no show. When I called and asked what happen no one knew anything. I have documentation on this whole fiasco including texts and paperwork. I have asked for a complete refund and we'll get out of Ashley's hair and they can get out of hair. I've been told they do not do refunds. There is a lemon law and it can be applied to this situation.
Their customer service is horrible, they make the sale and move on. Even our salesman Jeffery passed me off. They had a lady Linda Wilson call me who is supposed to be able to make things happen. When she called she acted like she was my long lost friend and really urged me to give them a 4th chance. They haven't made it right yet, what makes me think they will this time?
Keeping in mind we have lived out of boxes since September and for the third time I have unloaded what we had in the knew furniture. We want nothing short of a full refund.
