To whom it may concern,
I ordered a 12 piece family pack of mild chicken in the drive-thru location at 4140 N Harlem Ave in Chicago on Friday at about 4:30 PM, April 9th — yesterday. My bill was $32 and change.
I was totally disappointed with this chicken. The wings, legs and breasts were overcooked and dried out! The coating/breading was excessive and rock hard! These pieces were the worst chicken I had ever eaten in my lifetime of 66 years! — Very disappointing! Only the thigh pieces were acceptable and what I expected from Popeyes! They were perfect!
Please note that the window employee handed me both my change and receipt together rather carelessly and a big gust of wind swept the receipt away before I was able to secure it! He replied: "Sorry about that." Because of this, unfortunately I am unable to provide you with proof or information on this receipt to identify my order. Could he have printed me another copy? I'm sure this would have been helpful to me, because at the time I did not expect to get home to a very disappointing dining experience. I could have gone to a KFC location much closer to me instead,
and I even had a discount coupon! I will now save it for my next chicken order. Popeyes Chicken will not be my choice anymore!
