Ordered 8 piece meal, 1/2 original and 1/2 crispy. I received 5 thighs, 3 legs, and 1 wing. Called Brandon, who is the manager, I explained the situation to him. He was not concerned about this in the least matter. He told me oh well you can bring it back and we can try to fix it. I told him I live in Carrollton which is a 20 min. ride for me and I was not going to come back to night. He then said I would have to bring the chicken back to get a refund, because this is store policy. I explained to him I was not going to bring the chicken back tomorrow, and if their is someone else to talk to about this matter. He said I have to go on line so here I am. I would not complain about this at all if it was the first time this had happened, but it is the 3rd time. My husband loves to eat KFC but it is ridiculous how this place is ran. The door was locked so you couldn't go in to order and was directed to use drive thru only. 3 personnel were stading at the back door vaping and smoking. We all need a break, but don't think that is the place.
Desired outcome: Refund would be greatly appreciated, and someone to manage the place. It's brand new and already dirty on the inside.
