The manager not only got my order wrong over charged me he still had the nerve to say it was my fault for not paying attention. He has the worst attitude second time he says he is doing all the work and can’t deal with people not knowing the menu. This manager is rude and disrespectful and need to be fire. What manager tells a customer next time look at the menu so you don’t have to come back and waste my time. This happened Tuesday 12/05

Popeyes - Customer service
On 01/30/2023 I came here to Popeyes at 7:50 pm. I placed my order with the cashier and asked if I could get my order cooked fresh, because all the food had been put away and there was no timer on any of the chicken, biscuits, or fries that was left in the food warmer. The cashier placed my order and explained to me that it will be a 25-minute wait on fresh chicken, I agreed to wait. I asked the cashier if I could get fresh biscuits too since I had a 25min wait for the chicken and he said that he couldn't cook only 5 biscuits, and that the biscuits only been in the food warmer for 10mins. The Manager on Duty then steps in and say, "You always want your food fresh" and that "you always complain", "we not making you fresh biscuits and you can get a refund if you want fresh biscuits". Then started the timer on the biscuits over and slides them to the other side of the warmer. I was shocked that the Manger on Duty was being condescending. The Manger on Duty then went on to Say, "You used a coupon and spent only $30.00 that's nothing for me to lose, what's $30.00 compared to $50.00". I explained to her that by the time my chicken comes up those biscuits are going to be expired and that's why timers are in place. The Manger then said, "you not getting fresh Biscuits you can get a refund". I asked her if the refund would be for the biscuits? The Manger said no for the whole order "don't start with me you always complaining". I was appalled that the manager was speaking to me with such aggression all because I wanted fresh food. While waiting on my food a Hispanic man order food and asked for his food to be made fresh as well and there was there was no problem with him getting his food cooked fresh, there was no talk about how much he spent, or a comparison to how much his food was verses using a coupon. I didn't understand why she was so upset that I requested for fresh food there was no everything had been stored away 2 hours before the store was due to close. I basically forced to accept biscuits that was expired because my family was expecting Popeyes, and I didn't want a refund on my whole order.
Desired outcome: Fired there's no excuse for discrimination. Especially from the Mnaager or Owner.
