I purchased. 2013 Chevy equinox from drive time on 5/24/2021. The vehicle began having mechanical issues on 7/08/21. I contacted drivetime and was told to take it up with the warranty company, Silverrock. I had the vehicle towed to the garage chosen by the warranty provider on 07/11/2021. I am still in without the vehicle and struggle to get updates from the repair garage as well as the mechanical garage.. I'm still making payments on a car I cannot drive and based on research this seams to be a common thing between Drivetime, Silverrock and their partnered garages
Desired outcome: I just want my vehicle fixed and reimbursement for the inconvenience. Otherwie forgive my loan and they can keep the useless vehicle.
