October [protected] wehrli rd napervillie illinois the time was 1pm to 1:20 pm ben was at the cashier station I ask for some newports he ask for id I pull my id out and I was with my son he said you cant get the cigararettes I said I show my id so any way he was scanning my self then at the end I was using my ebt card it would not go thur so he call lisa they whisper something she act like she did something so it still would not go thur so ben ask lisa can you take her to lane 2 and try she said no smh I told her I dont want the stuff but to make a long story short they prejudice against black people so how many people they have done this to then I ask her to re scan the things separate the stuff she said thats not the problem so she need to get fired both of them I will be letting people know about this location on social media asap if nothing is not done asap
Walgreens - Customer service at the Naperville, IL location
On 2/16/2021, I had an unbelievably bad customer experience with the wehrli location in naperville. Sarah & Andrea were shockingly rude & unempathetic to out-of-town friends of ours that had scheduled their covid testing online. They were unable to make their originally scheduled time because their uber driver refused to take them through the drive-thru for testing. When we contacted the store, walgreens' automated recording states 'if you are unable to make your appointment, you can still go anytime that day or the next for testing.' when we showed up, they refused to test them & called me a liar about their recorded message. Clearly, their employees need training on their own policies. It's scary to think they are responsible for the health & safety of their customers when they obviously don't care about them. Walgreens, you need to check out the google reviews for this location and wake up!
Desired outcome: Employee training and/or reprimand
