Super 8

My family stayed 47 days straight at super8 in waterloo, illinois and was ate up from bed bugs from 3 different rooms. Told owner (bill patel) and he laughed and said it was allergies and assured us it wasnt bed bugs. Thats when we took photos of bites, beds, bugs, and recordings of his workers who said they was being bit at work and that the owner new they had bed bugs before we stayed theyre. He wouldnt even pay for our clothes and covers to be washed. Very rude and greedy owner who was disrespectful even after we paid over 4,000$ in total. Got moved to 3 different rooms but everyone on 3rd floor was infested. We was forced to stay there for 47 days cause we was homeless and the super8 was closest to us and was cheapest 78 dollars night, which is way to much for the mistreatment you get. I askedone day 1 if theyd cut me a deal for weekly or monthly rate. They said yea and offered 560$ a week which was the normal price? The owner new we was staying there for a month or two so he would charge my card early for days we hadnt even stayed yet cause he was so greedy and I told him we was paying cash daily. So we hadta check out time of 11am. If we didnt come pay him by 10-10:30am hed just charge my debit when I told him we was paying cash. Very greedy and is the person who is never wrong and is perfect. The bad thing to know is I was forced to drain my 401k because we lost our house and I lost my job because I hadta take care of sick parents. Lost a 20yr job over complete bs. Drained my 401k to provide a roof over family heads temporary in this super8 where we was ate up by bed bugs and after we complained we was treated like trash and liars. this is after we stayed 47 days straight and over 4, 000$. Another example of these people of the owners was when they ran my daughter out of break room or lunch area cause she was wanting to get thir complimentary coffee they serve. The sign says 24/7 hot coffee but the manager told her not to be in that area after 8pm?
Please help me get my refund. Regardless they are getting a lawsuit and getting my 401k money back that I wasted being treated like trash from Waterloo, Illinois super 8 owner Bill Patel! Ive got numerous pictures, videos, and actually bugs in ziploc bags. He will pay for this! Thank u so much, Shane
