The worst pharmacy ever for customer service. 95% of the time there is always an issue especially for extremely long wait times. Today they were out of stock of a needed antibiotic that was electronically sent from my doctor's office after my appointment. No mention of checking nearby CVS to transfer the prescription to see if other's had it in stock. Who should have to wait 24 hours for meds when you are sick? I had to contact corporate to suggest a transfer to another CVS 10 miles away. No customer when ill should have to spend this much time and energy to get a prescription filled. This CVS pharmacy location is short-staffed and a joke when it comes to customer service. Don't bother to contact their corporate office as they are just a sounding board and no real changes are ever made on the local level for improvement. I'm changing pharmacies from CVS once I'm feeling better.
