I received a text 12/06/21 that my auto-filled script was being filled in a few days. I would be notified when it became available. I was due to start the regimen of medications 12/12/21. I began calling the pharmacy 12/10 as to status. No one answers the phone at the pharmacy after repeated calls. I left a message I was on my way to pick up the script. 12/13 I drove 20 minutes to town to pick up the delayed script. The pharmacist told me it is not ready. I shared I was due to start the regimen 12/11, the script is now overdue and I rely on this course of medication timely. Pharmacist was discourteous, said they were, "playing catch up and I would have to drive back to town in an hour or so and try again." No apology was offered. This is not a script that needs counted or measured. It's prefilled sleeves one simply pulls from the shelf and places in a zip lock to scan. The public relies on their scripts filled timely to live life unaffected on a daily basis. I am now behind on my regimen. No effort or apology offered.
Desired outcome: Apology and timely, polite customer service
