We were shocked by the condition of the store in Marion, Indiana, yesterday. It had merchandise scattered in every department lying all over the floor, There was no help to be found except at the front with one main checkout and people waiting in lines. I finally asked for someone to help me find something I could not locate... also poor layout of everything... they did give me someone who was very polite and found what I wanted finally. Or so I thought. Although, a manager came with a device he checked for the size I wanted.. only to inform me the store was completely out of that one size only with abundance of other sizes and was I sure I couldn't wear something smaller? No was my answer. Also, the items I did finally look at and go through had been gone through so much it was nearly impossible to find the size I needed even if it had been there. Some moved in part to the wrong places.in short, someone needs to chew that store Manager and get him to get that store in shopping order and quick.
Last but NOT LEAST.: My Husband bought a snap close bag of two pair of men's shorts and when we got it home? One of them had been stolen. Easily since someone simply opened it and took one. It is on my personal charge account in the amount of $15.60. I also found that I bought a "buy one get one" triple sets of Bali women's panties. The salesperson who handed me two and said "here are two sets in your size"? (She was so nice I took her word for it". When I came home I found she gave me two different sizes so the second set I cannot wear. My Husband is in his 90's and I am 86. It is extremely rare we are able to drive to Kohls. So, we cannot go back to return either items. Mine a total of $39.60 plus tax. So, we actually lost half of the $15.60 and half o the $39.60. We are also living on social security ans money spent is dear to us. Yesterday, was a bad experience and we won't shop in that store again! William and Rena Kelsey, 4565 W. 495 N. Huntington, Indiana [protected]. (I also called your Corporate Office to replay all of this and the person answering had an accent that I could not understand and was in a"workshop" with background voices and noise. Worthless call. (It was placed on my charge account: [protected]@comcast.net Rena Kelsey ss 1063.
