Hello Chad,
Tonight at approximately 8:20pm. I was in one of your restaurants you manage. I patronize this location at least once a week and bring clients of 5 or more once a month.
Today I sat at the bar, as usual the bartender could not get it right on my alcoholic drinks so I decided not to have a drink. The lady to my left stated the service and drinks were off tonight when I first sat down. She left all of her food and left.
I ordered my food it wasn't quite right but I didn't say anything to the waiter. I got box and asked for the check. A gentleman came in and sat on the right of me and he seemed to know the bartender. I spoke to him and ordered an additional meal to go. The waiter had already given me my receipt before I added the Togo order. She stated she would merge the two tickets.
I paid via qr code and told her I paid for both she didn't need to give me an additional receipt.
She gave me my Togo order, it was wrong and missing items. She fixed it and I proceeded to leave.
I get almost to the door and I hear the bartender say she didn't pay and is walking out. The gentleman jumps up and yells MAM MAM MAM you need to pay for your food. I turned around she is at the computer her face is bright red and proceeds to whisper to him saying, "omg nevermind, she paid stop yelling she paid". She is speaking directly to the guy and she runs to the kitchen to avoid me. I see a manager coming out. I stopped him. EVERYONE is looking at me. I am literally carrying a thousand dollar purse and I paid almost 100.00 on 2 meals which is a usual thing. I am embarrassed humiliated. $100. wasted. I was so upset I couldn't eat.
Desired outcome: None. I emailed tp store manager the same evening and no response call back or anything. Chad Johnson
LongHorn Steakhouse - lunch
Wife and I had lunch today 12/26/2019 at Longhorns, usually great - today not to good. We got there at 11 they opened at 11:05.
They were out of coke (regular - guess Christmas Eve hit them hard), they had no bread (2 of the things I go for, love the bread and
I drink one coke a day) we usually eat there 3 times per week. I had the steak and baked potato (potato seemed to be re heated, it
was not fresh) but anyway just wanted you to know not a great visit, may be a while before I go back.
Had bad experience today 12/26/2019 - out of coke products, no bread was available the whole time we were there (45 minutes)
baked potato had been reheated (very dry), probably will not go back for a while, we go about 3 times per week
