I picked up a prescription and attempted to use the GoodRx coupon since your prices are $14 higher than CVS for my dog's Phenobarbitol. I was waited on by a jerk who lacked customer service skills refusing to accept my GoodRx discount. I have used it at CVS in the past and got a big discount. When I tried to talk to the tech about it, he was snotty with an attitude telling me I was wrong about how it's been used in the past. Needless to say, you've lost my business as I will be returning to CVS. This is too bad because I was willing to pay the extra because I appreciate the ways you are trying to improve the user's experience when filling perscriptions over the phone using the bot. The bot is nicer than the human and that's sad! I was trying to find out more information about how GoodRx works, thinking things may have changed and came upon a phone number so I called to ask. The GoodRx rep called Walgreens and was also met with rudeness and no willingness to help. Her suggestion was to go back to CVS. Real cool Walgreens! This was a man that waited on me but I've been helped by a woman and she is very nice.
