The pharmacy service has been poor since Rite Aid was changed to Walgreens. My families prescriptions aren't being filled in a timely manner. When I call to check on prescriptions I have to wait in que for at least 30 min. at a time only to get disconnected. Sometimes I wait as long as an hour. They have lost some of the good pharmacists they used to have. There are long waits for medicine pick-up. They are way under staffed. They are sending in prescription requests to the provider incorrectly and I have to make calls to the providers myself to try and resolve these issues. We run out of medicines before these issues are resolved. We may have to switch pharmacies. Our insurance company and my family spend a lot of money on medication at this facility and expect prompt and adequate service. We are very dissatisfied with the service we currently receive.
Desired outcome: I would like to see more well trained staff to cover these issues.
