Went to the store on 1/9/2021 at 12:15 pm to the drive thru. When we asked for a 2 piece dinner, we were told that they do not have 2 piece only 3 piece available. I asked how is that possible, and again, I am told " We do not have two piece only three piece available. What kind of service is this? I would have normally agreed and taken a three piece, but decided to just drive away. Then drove to the other store at 3920 NW Evangeline Trwy, Carencro, LA 70520. At this store, no signs anywhere probably around 12:35 pm and now we are told with an attitude, "we don't have chicken". So I asked why would you not post a sign, "WE DON'T HAVE CHICKEN!" Such a shame, that the customer service is so poor at so many locations. As a business owner, I would want to know of poor service by my staff.
Desired outcome: No expectations, no disappointments.
