Had an appointment for a Covid booster on Sunday, Nov 7, 2021 at the CVS on Youree and 70th in Shreveport, LA. This Pharmacy could be the poster child for inefficiency or just bad service. The young lady at the counter had her ear piece of her phone and her attitude was one of "I do not have time for you". The pharmacist, Abiy Asfaw, was too busy filling scripts, taking in new scripts, and checking people out - doing anything other than honoring our appointment. When I ask to see his CVS ID showing his name, he had none. Not sure how the rest of the store runs, but the manager, Anita Malley, needs to address the lac of customer service at the pharmacy. When I looked at the reviews on the store's website, they were all bad.
Desired outcome: hire staff that can do the job or close the pharmacy

This morning the online prescription renewal at 318_797-3665, is stating it is having problems refilling prescriptions. So, just before 11am, I call my local CVS Pharmacy to place the renewal (located on the corner of Youree and 70th in Shreveport, LA). I am on hold for 30 minutes and then get disconnected. I am on hold a second time and it has already been over 15 minutes.
Also, the long winded voice message on the auto attendant is too long and crap. Put an option on there to select info about Covid and then go into the long message about Covid when somebody selects it. I need a prescription filled and not wasting my time listening to that.
At the 18 minute mark of being on hold a second time, I give up!
