I waited at the drive through to give my order for 15 minutes, no one answered. I drove around to the window and waiting another 15 minutes for someone to even come and acknowledge me. There was 5 people standing that could have come to the window. Finally, a young lady came and stated she has on been there for 2 days and did not have the knowledge to ring on the register. The manager finally came to the window. I asked for 3 wings, and he stated it would be another 10 minutes. I told him I did not have a choice but to stay if I wanted the wings, he rudely stated "Yes you have a choice to leave."
Claimed loss: Loss of respect for the customers
Desired outcome: This is the absolute worst popeyes, rude unprofessional site, The entire staff should be replaced.
