In proper treatment of special needs child. Would not let 8 year with health issues use bathroom despite purchase from store and pharmacy. Brittney the manager also made fun of and humiliated 8 year old child and joked with pharmacy staff about it. Then treatened to call police on same 8 year old because he wet himself waiting for bathroom which they refused to let us use.

i visited the 7361 cvs in Kill Devil Hills on 01-22-21 and while shopping I had eaten something that made me have diahrrea. I approached the cashier at the front of the store; restrooms where out of order: and requested use of another restroom if possible. She told me she was not a manager but to go to the pharmacy and asked, that since it was an emergency they should allow me to used the private restroom. I asked in the pharmacy and the lady there said no, I could go across the street to Walgreens!. by now I really have an issue. Ihad my 87 year old mother that I had to pack in car trying not to mess my clothes any more than it had already been, and had to go in walgreens to clean myself up. HOW EMBARRASSING!. I KNOW PEOPLE COULD SMELL ME and I have never been treated so in humane as this. I hope they didn't do it to anyone else.. imcommpassionate. if someone tells you they have an emergency I would think you would want to help,
I am also a mother of a special needs son. How dare they make fun of your son like that? I would have told that [censored] to go ahead and call the police. I'd be more than happy to deal with them! I know it can be rough. Maybe you can take what you brought back to the store. CVS is a lousy pharmacy here in Indiana too.
I understand were this lady is coming from. it happened to me and I had to go to another store to clean censored out of my underwear even after I told them I had an emergency... lack of compassion for customers.. I guess if i'd asked to have 911 called for an issue i'd be told to go to walgreens,
I know, women are just walking (censored) no bladder or anything. Men get to use the restroom with VIP treatment!
