On October 2021 I requested the new AMI meter to be removed from my home. I received a statement from Entergy reporting that I paid the required $14.00 to have it removed. I received a bill for $431 dollars, after paying a $290 bill the previous month. I called Entergy to have it explained to me what was going on with my bill. The agent tells me that there's nothing wrong with the usage, that the new meter was adequate, this is when I find out that they never removed the AMI meter I paid to have removed. They said that I didn't return paperwork that they mailed. I told them the agent that I talked with told me that the cost and I agreed and that she was recording my confirmation, and I would receive the bill for canceling the meter, which I received. I can't believe that they haven't reach out to me about this. I would have never known if I hadn't complained again. The agent accused me of not filing out the paperwork that I never received.
Desired outcome: I like all my bills evaluated after the year and I would like to be reimbursed.
