On 2/4/2021 went to drive through pharmacy for my son-in-law prescription pickup (he doesn't drive and is handicapped). The window service has a note that it is "broken" and "come inside", which I really don't want to do during a pandemic. That is my first complaint.
Complaint #2: Inside and of course there is a line of 6 people in front of me. It's my turn, and I am served by an Asian woman who doesn't speak good English. I asked her if the other prescriptions are ready that were transferred from Walgreens. I was told that I had to go stand in another line if I had questions. Well, I did have questions, but there was another line for questions, which I decided to not stand in to get answers. I had this particular worker before and while she does her job, that is all she does. She is curt and doesn't wanna hear or do anything more than get your scripts and ring you up period. This isn't new with her, she has been like this for more than months.
No text or phone call was received when the script was ready even though we updated the phone number last week with CVS.
Complaint #3, Last week when we called CVS, after waiting 20 minutes on hold to speak to a person, we asked that they transfer prescriptions from Walgreens to them as Walgreens was no longer accepting my Boston Medical Center Healthnet Insurance. I was told it would take 3 days to complete. Its now been a week, and it still hasn't been transferred in (which is why I wanted to speak to somebody).
Ordinarily, I would like to be able to call and get service, but the hold wait times are excessive, the customer service is non-existent, and quite frankly there does not seem to be enough people working in the pharmacy to service the customers timely, and we are treated as routine business.
My name is Barbara Lindsey
my email is barbara.[protected]@comcast.net
my phone number is [protected]
I was picking up prescriptions for Gregg Boyd
Desired outcome: Fix the drive-up window; getting other scripts transferred from Walgreens; answer calls without excessive wait ; more employee training.
