Dined last night at our favorite Longhorn in Mansfield, MA. Usually we love it, but last night, we were given 2 dirty dishes…we continually had to wait long times for our waitress and also get her attention. She must have been new…when app was served we had to wait for her to bring us clean dishes and remove dirty ones… the waitress forgot to bring our beverages which were draft beers. They were warm when we got them, had to ask for them…said they were at the bar and she forgot them. No coasters for glasses. Ate the app and then asked for chocolate stampede. After some time and waiting to alert waitress, she brought stampede… Much smaller than usual, no ice cream, had to wait for her to come back…she was polite and I told her ice cream was missing. After a while she brought stampede with ice cream back for us to eat. Again, wait time…we asked for check. She brought it to us, no pen for us to sign, waited to see her, finally found another waitress who told her and she gave us a pen. The restaurant was busy, but not that busy as there were a lot of open tables.
