I placed 2 orders online and paid for them. When I got to the restaurant, I gave the black guy employee the order numbers and the name. One order was under my daughter's name so at first I only gave him my own name, but then I did give my daughter's name too which verified the orders. He refused to give me the orders and demanded to see the phone's receipts too.
I did not have the phones with me. It took me great pains to go back to get the 2 phones and got back to the restaurants. It was totally unnecessary and he was just giving me a hard time to get the food that I already paid for.
This Popeye is on 502 Southern Artery in Quincy, MA. This black guy employee needs to be immediately fired. He totally ruined my day and desire to enjoy my food that was paid for. Terrible employee and service.
Desired outcome: Discipline and fire this terrible employee
