Countertop ordered and paid 2/13 to Jimmy, who promised to try and get the template person out 2/14, with the expectation of installation within "10 days to 2 weeks". NO communication since. Called today (2/22); the order wasn't faxed from Home depot to Garrity stone in Woburn until 2/17, and there has been no texts or calls from Garrity to schedule template since. Due to these profound delays and deceitful practices, I do need to let you know here, consider alternative companies, and post comments to yours and other feedback sites. I will likely wait to hear back from you before taking further action, as long as an adequate response is made by Monday when the countertop was to be installed! This should include a reliable posted policy and timeline for customers, with reimbursement of some percentage of order daily for delays, retroactive to this order, which must be expedited at your cost now.
