My husband purchased a Bluetooth speakers on 8/7/2019 as a gift to me his wife I opened it up. When I pulled it out the box I turned it on when I shifted it I heard a noise but I thought it was the lights inside because it lights up, so as I turn the volume up the sound went out I did it again and it went out again. My husband called the next day 8/8/2019 and spoke with someone at the store as to what the issue was he was told to bring it in with the receipt, no problem. On 8/9/2019 he went to return it the employee that day made a phone call to whom ever and he said we cannot exchange or refund because it sounds like it's been dropped. I then placed a call to that location to see why he couldn't return it if he had a receipt I was told, it don't matter if I have a receipt I then asked him to let's keep it professional don't talk to me that way he then said " I can talk to u how ever I want I told him no I cannot then he hung up on me. I called back to get his name he said he don't know his name and hung up. I called back and.a young lady picks up and I asked her to tell me his name she then stated I don't know his name . I asked her how u don't know his name and u work with him she said because I don't know it I asked her well what do I call him she said I call him excuse me sir. So I said please tell me his name she said come down hear and get it ( to the store ) I told her no that's not necessary she hung up, they took the phone off the hook . They picked up and said noting, one time she answered the phone and said what do I want . I said can u tell me when the manager will be in she said I don't know come down hear bi*** and find out . I hung up and contacted customer services . This was all in called for and I hope they get the punishment they deserve .
