Popeyes

To whom it may concern,
I have been a loyal Popeye's customer for over 30 years now. When the location at 2000 North Howard Street in Baltimore (#110952) first opened, it was the best location for friendly service and quality food I had visited in a long time.
My son and I just visited this location and was disappointed to find that the quality of service has diminished to a poor state.
The servers were very unhappy, No smiles and No "Thank You" from them at all. The customers were being herded through like cattle. They abruptly asked "What do you want"? And when handed my food, no communication at all.
The food was still of pretty good quality and taste. It was nice and hot also.
It's just a shame to see a business suffer due to unhappy employees.
I too worked in a fast food chicken place when I was younger and I too didn't get paid a lot, but I took pride in my job and was required to serve with a pleasant attitude.
If a person doesn't like their job and can't perform within the job descriptions guidelines, I'd say they need to change jobs. This is a Managers duty to help them decide with whatever means necessary.
FYI: I still love Popeye's chicken and that won't change.
