Never use Charlotte Hall MD Walgreens on Triangle Dr.

NEVER and I mean NEVER go to Walgreens Pharmacy. Today is December 26th 2021. First they said they couldn't fill my prescription till December 25th but they're closed then so I could get it the day after so I call Earlier someone said they were filling it. THEN after a few hours I looked at their hours realizing it's Sunday and it said they close at 6 so hopped in my car at 5:30pm started heading there but called to make sure it actually got filled because they have sucked on SO many occasions feeding me and others [censored] so they can leave early or to push it off on the other pharmacist the next day. The pharmacist answered I said hey I'm just checking on if my prescription is ready she said "Um what prescription?" After I said which medication she said Oo sorry you can't fill this till the 29th, I said excuse me? She ran my prescription earlier and said it was being filled? She said idk what the pharmacist will do tomorrow she may fill it, I said tomorrow is EXACTLY 4 weeks since my last prescription she said I saw you picked it up on the 30th I said excuse me I have my bottle right here saying the 29th anyway she kept trying to feed me more and more lies like always I finally said "You are So full of [censored] but have a good day, [censored] you 🖕🏼" im so done with Walgreens Pharmacist Samira she has always been an issue, hanging up on me, my providers, lying and being caught on SEVERAL occasions it's unreal. I have more bad experiences then good, even my insurance company advised she hung up on them and were rude when they called! They have hung up on me as well before A TON of times also before even answering the phone, you can tell it's on purpose because you hear the phone pick up and be hung up! I went as far to get my prescription approved early from my insurance since I'm going on vacation and Samira advised that was the only issue why they could not fill it. I got it approved through insurance and they called on my behalf but the pharmacist hung up on them first so they called back then she said she would not do it and my insurance advised they haven't been inputting my script information properly ever because it won't show up on the insurances end so they could just over rude it themselves. I'm writing reviews EVERYWHERE and calling corporate they are absolutely awful, if you can avoid them I definitely recommend never going to them. Call me at [protected] I'm writing a bad review every day and complains I'm done dealing with this crap from Walgreens.
