I have been waiting for my prescription from the Kensington Md CVS for two weeks. When I call the Pharmacy I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. The one time I got through to someone, they told me it was not ready, they didn't know when it would be ready, and to call back later. I have since called every day, and no one has ever picked up the phone. I waited on hold for 30 minutes each day, and got a answering machine.
Desired outcome: I would like to know when my prescription will be ready, and why it is taking so long
CVS - customer service
I have been a loyal customer of CVS since 1999. The CVS from Kensington, MD use to be one of the best out in Maryland. The customer service has gone down so much. Two months ago I went to CVS to take pictures for my passport and they were horrible. I asked to take new ones, and the young lady made them look worst. I paid almost $20.00 for horrible pictures. Now, today I went again to CVS and bout a few things. One of them was 3 RVS CS hair dye. I had a coupon in my CVS card, when I asked the young lady to check if I had coupons, she didn't even check and said "Na you don't."
I left because I was rushing, but if not I would take my time and show her my coupon.
I am very I pleased with the customer service at this CVS.
